What we do
We build and run unique peer to peer learning groups that include up to twelve non competing business owners and six sponsors who are professionals in Mergers &Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Trust and Estates, Tax and Transaction Accounting, Intellectual Property and Exit Planning.
These groups meet for one day every other month to prepare the owners for the transition of their businesses in the next three to five years.
We hear speakers who specialize in every aspect of preparing for and negotiating a deal then preparing for life after the deal.
We have both open sessions with owners and sponsors as well as a members only session to discuss opportunities and challenges.
